This delightful eatery specializes in classic Vietnamese street food, serving up a rich array of aromatic noodle soups and satisfying rice bowls that transport your taste buds straight to the bustling streets of Vietnam.

At Pure Street Food, every dish is a testament to quality and flavor. Take, for example, the Pot Au Pho Allbeef noodle soup. A feast for the senses, this dish features tender sliced beef, brisket, beef balls, and ribs, accompanied by your choice of regular or spicy sate broth. The option to select between thin or thick noodles allows you to customize your experience, with the thick noodles particularly recommended for take-out due to their resilience against sogginess.

Another must-try is the Hu Tieu Bo Sate, a spicy beef and pork noodle soup that boasts a complex, rich broth infused with spicy sate oil, generous portions of beef shank, and brisket. As one customer noted, the freshness of the bean sprouts and the vibrancy of the basil elevate this dish to a whole new level. The supple noodles are simply irresistible, providing a silky texture that complements the savory toppings beautifully.

But it’s not just about the noodle soups. The Char Siu Pork Rice Bowl and Kalbi Beef Rice Bowl are more than just a meal; they are an experience. Each bowl is filled with perfectly cooked meats, aromatic spices, and a delicate balance of flavors, served alongside a comforting side broth that is perfect for finishing every last bite.

Drink offerings such as the Vietnamese Iced Coffee with condensed milk or a refreshing Coconut Refresher provide the perfect accompaniment to your meal, enhancing the rich and hearty flavors of the food.

I normally go for vermicelli noodles but gave the chicken and basil rice dish a try and it is amazing! My first try of a marinated egg and I’m blown away at how amazing it is.

I ordered the hu tieu bo sate (19). The broth is super rich and heavily infused with spicy sate oil. There was a ton of meat. The bowl was layered with tender slices of beef shank and brisket. I could taste the quality of the meat. My favourite part of the meal was gnawing around the beef rib to suck out all the gelatinous goodness. I liked how the bean sprouts were spanking fresh and crunchy. Even the basil tasted extra vibrant. The noodles were noticeably silky and slippery. Worth it here. Next time I will get my bowl to go and only eat half so that I can save the broth and meats for a second meal.

Pleasantly surprised by the food here! We tried a bunch of dishes and each one was packed with flavour and there was a good balance between salty and spicy. I particularly liked the savoury sesame donut. If I’m in the area, I would definitely come again to try the other dishes.

A superb food hall. Everyone can fine something they enjoy. We chose Pure Street Food the Vietnamese noodle place. The pho broths were rich and complex in flavour. The char sui rice bowl delicious. Definitely worth a try if you haven't been here and we look forward to a return visit.

This place was amazing! Was not expecting much from a food hall but the flavors were deep and every bite was a delight! The green milk tea had pandan flavor and perfect amount of sweetness, also came with pearl jellies. My hubby got the spicy hue soup and I got the regular, both phenomenal and the meat/noodles were perfect. The sesame donut with pork belly also blew us away, so simple yet the perfect bite. So glad we tried this place!

I can’t believe it took me so long to explore the first street market it I’m so glad I did because I got the chance to savor the most decadent pho at Pure Street Food! We couldn’t resist and had the 72 hour Pho! The sous vide short rib is in a class of its own but the broth was next level hits of cinnamon, anise and cilantro were amazing. This may have been the most expensive pho I’ve ever but is definitely one of the best and I will be returning! Wow wow wow!

I’ve had my fair share of pho over the years, but this one truly blew me away. The broth was rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced – deeply flavorful without being too salty or heavy. The beef was tender and cooked just right, melting in my mouth with every bite. Fresh herbs, lime, and chili added the perfect finishing touch. Every spoonful felt like comfort and soul in a bowl. Hands down the best pho I’ve ever eaten. The worst part? I live oceans away and thinking about that broth haunts me more than it should.

I visited First Street Food Court on a weekday evening. The crowd was moderate, and the environment felt comfortable. After placing my order, I received a buzzer and waited about 20 minutes for the food(there were only two people working in ...
